Rough down shifts at low speed

I have an XLT with FX4 (if that matters) and occasionally I notice somwhat rough downshifts as I'm approaching a stop. I think it happens when the engine and transmission have not fully warmed up yet, but definitely not "cold" since it hasn't been cold here since I got the truck. I think it's either from 3 to 2 or 2 to 1.

Anybody else notice this? Any reason to be concerned?

My truck randomly has a harsh 3 to 2 shift at lower RPM, 1500-2000. I've only noticed it when manually shifting. I've not noticed a relationship to trans temps.

I’ve noticed this once or twice over the last 3 weeks with the truck, same trim and package. Very infrequent though for me, can’t say I have a guess as to what might cause it.

I've seen this pretty regularly, specifically from 4th down to 3rd. Starting to wonder if this is normal.

It also rumbles going from drive, into park? I've taken to popping it out of drive and into neutral, waiting a bit, then putting it into park. Most of the rumble/shudder seems to happen from drive to neutral with very little or none, from neutral to park.

I had the same with my 2020, got the TSB about 1 month ago & & now smooth, not sure if r60 has a TSB.

I've had the same issue even though I always remote start the truck and it's happened after driving 15 to 20 mins. Usually I think it happens slowing down from say 45 mph+.
