I ran FDRS on my wife's F150 and did about 10 updates on it. I decided to check my Ranger and found 3 updates on it.
They were:
PSCM - Power steering control module
TRM - Trailer Module
GWM - Gateway Module

I have not driven it yet to see if it made any differences.

Yes. I have auto updates on so when they occur the info screen will let me know one has been installed. Hapened overnight in the garage and next time I turned the truck on I was notified that it had.

This has the most glitches of any vehicle I've ever owned. Today I was headed home and all of a sudden the heat went on high full blast and the seat started heating up. Ford really messed up the bed with their software.

Mine did it with the A/C all of a sudden, the A/C would come on full blast. When I would shut it off the A/C would sometimes come on full blast and other times would wait 10-20 minutes and then blast me out. Then the lights would all light up on the dash. Ford said it was a SYNC 4 issue and nothing could be done until it was fixed by FORD. Very disappointing.

Haven’t had a hiccup yet. So don’t make such a broad inaccurate statement like that. It’s damn near perfect.

His experience with his truck is a 100% true and factual statement.
Just because you haven’t experienced issues with yours doesn’t mean that he has experienced issues with his.
There’s nothing inaccurate about his statement whatsoever!

So my statement is inaccurate how??? Have you been in my truck and driven it??? Nope!!! It seems a lot of other folks have issues as well. I think if you have no real world knowledge of other people's vehicles you would do well to just hold you comments. Now that's a great idea. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas.

Few issues so far with my RR but I'm very happy I bought it. Looking into possibly flipping for a '25, knowing I will lose a bit of $. Will mention again if I get a local allocation, now that I know how to search (from last spring).
Trip 1 odometer won't reset. Shows miles and hours since it left the plant. I now know how to fix it after finding the solution on another site, but like the "problem" for now and use trip 2 for my other needs.
Door control modules (recall) just got updated at my 2nd oil change/tire rotation.
Changed my cabin air filter. Pretty easy.
They also addressed the hood being a bit hard to shut.
Replaced driver's side running board, had scuff removed from one door, and re-did the PPF on that door, plus the ceramic coatings.

On your trip 1 reset issue - could you please provide a link to the solution. Mine eventually resets after multiple attempts - so hopefully your solution would fix my reset issue. Thanks.

There is a TSB for this issue. I happen to like that I can easily see the number of "hours", not just the odometer on Trip 1. It currently shows the number of hours the vehicle has been run since it left the assembly line. I know a service tech can look this up if service is being done, but I plan to keep the so-called problem for now.
