@nedmo Yes snapped right off. Sensor reads fine moving lever by hand so just waiting for the epoxy (JB Weld) to set. Do we really have to wait till June for your ride height sensor pivot ball upgrade?

No, we are in Australia, we write our dates DD/MM/YYYY. We are expecting stock in the next week.

Can you run the Ride height calibration via the Android/Forscan Lite version with Bluetooth adapter or is a windows laptop - usb interface required?
Yep, its how we do it in the shop now. Its something ive been meaning to write up a supplement article for.

LOL - Yes @nedmo you were 100% right! Will be ordering pivot balls in a few minutes. So the epoxy dried, remounted RR ride height sensor then it read -12mm. Bounced the rear a few times, cleared some codes rebooted VDM. When I ran the calibration it failed, but continued running a second time and then passed with these results. FYI Ford dealer could not figure this out at all and was worse than useless. The readings appear correct as the truck sits at a slightly different heights on each side.

@Locust13CT - I used the Blutooth adapter connecxted to my Windows PC to fix this.

Test drive with the ride height calibration done was really good. Now that the live valve shocks are not fighting the progressive springs, the progressive springs are doing exactly what they shoud do. Soft and smooth when going easy and tight when pushing the edge.

Why Geiser over Eibach? You could have just done the spring upgrade with Eibach since it can handle the weight fine

The number one goal in lifting the Raptor was not to screw up the nice ride. I have a preference for progressive springs after using them on a JL jeep. I actually spoke with Geiser and was convinced that their design criteria of supporting an extra 500 lb with the full set of springs most met my goals. So overall I feel that I got the extra weight capacity and still maintained a relatively softer ride than I would have gotten with the Eibach springs. The 1.5 inch Goat spacers were to maintain necessary rake for braking and traction under power. Leveling the Raptor may look nice but I prefer function. After completing a ride hide calibration, I am more than pleased with the end result.

I recently installed the 2" GOAT front spacer. As of right now, I've got about a 1.25" rake. I guess my front was sagging. I'm going to remeasure after I load up the bed with a chase rack and two spares before I install the rear GOAT spacer. But I think she's sitting pretty good right now.

I have Geiser progressive springs on the rear, but I’m sitting a little less than level…so probably 2” of sag in the rear.
I’m thinking about going with the Eibach 1000lb springs when they’re ready. I also have some 1.5” and 1” spacers still to install so I can fit 35” tires.
I need to zero out my shocks, but I’m lost on the Forscan stuff.
Will this work, and do I understand I can use Bluetooth with iOS to do this now?

Prior to running the ride height calibration I had no experience connecting into a vehicle computer. With Forscan light (Android), the recommended bluetooth adapter and GOAT's procedure I got it done. Once I figured out how to get the vehicle set up so you can program it the rest is pretty easy. I found to set ET mode that holding the OK button for 6 seconds before switching the ignition on worked reliably on my 2024 Ranger Raptor and showed "ET" on the Dash. The setup I used was start the car, shift to and leave in neutral, hit manual button to set tow mode, turn off, hold the OK button for 6+ seconds for ET mode while turning back on with foot off the brake.
