It might not show a button unless you are in 4L My wife's bronco has it and it has a hard button above the touch screen, but I think I read you cant engage it in anything but low gear.

It was reported in a recent TFL video that it has the turn assist feature like the Bronco.
I have not seen any offroad videos get released with their Ranger Raptor to where we can possibly see it in action. I do know they already took it Moab for an off-road testing video that is due to get released very soon, hopefully they will demo that feature and show how it works on the Ranger Raptor. They tend to like to release their bigger production videos on weekends, I am betting it gets release this coming weekend.

This was from a year ago, but Ford themselves said the new Ranger would come with Trail Turn Assist. According to the pictures, there should have been a button for trail turn in the off road screen. It's not there, so I'm not sure why Ford got rid of it and never mentioned it after all the press releases. Maybe they'll release it with a software update?

Confirmed. It at least places the trail turn assist button on the off-road screen and it's selectable (turns blue when you push it. Don't know if it works or not.

Trail Turn Assist on my Wildtrak, here is how:
Changes are needed in APIM and ABS module;
APIM 7D0-10-02 was 0000 00A2 00–, changed it to 0000 00A5 00–. This adds TTA button to offroad screen.
ABS 760-03-01 was E87C 56–, changed it to E87C D6–. This enables the TTA on ABS module.
After the changes, I have performed a short test on a not very suitable surface and it worked. If you want to give it a try, please do it on your own risk.
I also tried to activate the trail control function but I wasn’t completely successful. Changes are necessary on same lines but also in IPC I assume. As far as i understand, It seems like hill descent control and trail control doesn’t coexist so hdc needs to be disabled completely to have trail control. Everything I shared is experimental so do what ever you do on your own risk.
