6 months 1300 milesand I'm about to hit 2,000 miles lol! To be fair, my Jeep gets equal time. How much do you drive your Ranger?
I pass thru Socorro several times a year. If I'm in the RV I sometimes stay at Casey's and in my truck I'll stay at Best Western on California St. El Camino sure has good breakfast and lunches. I'll be passing thru just before Memorial Day on my way to Trementina if you know where that is.Bought hours in December, so we’re not quite at five months and just shy of 2000 miles. My wife and I carpool to work most days, and my commute is exactly 0.96 miles. So the mileage is primarily from trips to Albuquerque or camping. My F150, which is my daily driver and the preferred camping vehicle with the dogs, is just shy of 10.5 K and is going to be one year this June.
Next time you pass through, you should have breakfast at Sofia's. Amazing breakfast burritos. =)I pass thru Socorro several times a year. Trementina is a ghost town now. I have ancestry there and we have a reunion every year at the old WPA schoolhouse that our group purchased. The actual village was abandoned by the early 1950's and is on private property now. Nothing left but flagstone ruins. My 3rd great aunt and her husband founded it in the 1870's.I don't know where Trementina is but I'm now curious and googling it.
I read about it on Wikipedia... kinda sad but really cool you have the memorial day reunion. Glad you are able to make it.That's my 7.3 4x4 Superduty with the camper shell next to the small building which used to be the library.
