Calling Goosestune or anyone good at reading logs. Low Boost Pressure Issue

I have 2025 Ranger Raptor with Cobb Intercooler and Goosetune custom tune with Hp Tuners.

Long story short I felt the truck was down on power. I immediately thought boost leak so I watched boost while accelerating and noticed I'm only hitting 16psi in sport mode in 4th gear.

I looked everything over and it all seemed fine. Did a smoke test with our shop smoke tester which only goes to 1 psi but everything seemed ok.

I reflashed to stock and did a pull and was making 17psi or so and even saw 18 at one point.

Went back to 93 tune and did a log. I noticed that while I'm at WOT in 4th the truck is only opening to 50 to 70 percent. Boost and torque are way down compared to previous log that was used to tune the truck. Only difference that I can think of is a major drop in ambient temp and I have my stock wheels back on with snow tires.

Is the truck just pulling throttle to limit torque because its colder out?

I'd like to add another glowing review to my previous review of Goosetune.

Winfield reviewed all my logs, helped me check for boost leaks, and revised his previous tune to get a little more power for me due to the super low DA's in my location.

You won't get that kind of service with an OTS tune.
