My hero, haha. I have been noticing this on my RR as well, so yeah, the music just gets turned up louder to drown it out. I'm trying this tomorrow AM before a 500 mile road trip so fingers crossed. Thanks again!Found a cheap fix for the wind noise issue at the B pillar it cuts wind noise down by 90 percent to the point I only hear wind noise from the side mirrors now at highway speeds. If you look at the front edge of rear passenger doors where they meet the front passenger doors you will see a lip that was designed to hold a weather seal. Apparently Ford never got around to installing the seal on our trucks hence the wind noise. I got 3/8x1/4 D seals peel and stick from Amazon and they seal the front door to back door gap completely.

It is on Ford's higher end vehicles and has been for several years.Interesting it's not a factory design. This type of weather stripping between the front and rear doors is OEM on my Highlander. Oh well, something Ford could improve upon.
When I opened your link it took me to a page from Canada, now my Amazon account has lost all my saved stuff. Here's another alternative seal made from sponge EPDM rubber. I used it on several OEM bus and RV window designs over the years. It can also be formed around curves without kinking, providing the radius is not too small.

In that case why not on the Ranger Raptors? I would hope Ford isn't pinching pennies that tight. Maybe a truck thing? No weather strip in this location on the F series? It is on Ford's higher end vehicles and has been for several years.
It's 100% penny pinching unfortunately. My 2019 Nautilus had it. That's where I got the inspiration to apply it to my Ranger. The Lincoln spoiled me as it was so damn quiet. In that case why not on the Ranger Raptors? I would hope Ford isn't pinching pennies that tight. Maybe a truck thing? Glad there is resolve here though.
They used a damn prop rod for the hood, so Ford is definitely pinching pennies. In that case why not on the Ranger Raptors? I would hope Ford isn't pinching pennies that tight. Maybe a truck thing? No weather strip in this location on the F series?
