Really? They put the product listing up the day after ford announces it, at a significant discount, and let their holiday 10% stack with it. And people are complaining it’s taking a week or two to get it?I ordered from Blue Oval Industries and already received it.
From reading others feedback here I’ll probably never order from Lethal Performance now…
3 other vendors posted it as well at the same price at the same time. To my knowledge, lethal is the only one of them who hasn’t delivered yet.Really? Way too much instant gratification emphasis.
I’m not sure if my order is in the first 35 or not. But I have no complaints with lethal yet.
Your dealer is misinformed. I’d find a different dealer or specifically as the service manager to reach out to their regional Ford Rep.I was just told by my local dealer that they will not install this tune. Saying it's not a Ford Product. Has anyone heard of this?
Did these other venders receive the same magnitude of orders?3 othe

I just contacted Lethal, because I needed them to delay shipment while I was out of town. This was their response to me.Have any of the orders from Lethal Performance been shipped out yet? Looks like dealers are able to get them in based on Facebook posts.
We have a small batch of devices coming in today for these orders, however yours will not be shipped with this one.
Your order will be shipped with the next batch, which we should have the end of this week, if not early next week.
I believe the order is fine as is.
Thanks for the advice. This is my first Ford and was pretty confused by what he was saying. He seemed stumped that I bought the part from a third party vendor (Lethal) implying it wasn't a real Ford Part. He then had me second guessing what I thought I knew. I called a different local Ford dealer that acknowledged it's a Ford part but said they don't have anyone qualified to install the part. Is it really that difficult? Seems pretty easy from what I've read. The only guy he knows that can do it is at the original dealer I called...lol. He did offer to send an email to the service guys at the original dealer. I will be calling back tomorrow.Your dealer is misinformed. I’d find a different dealer or specifically as the service manager to reach out to their regional Ford Rep.
Do you have any performance outfits like Livernoise Motorsports around you? Any ASE mechanic can install it. Maybe check around for a shop that installs tunes/tunes cars. Thanks for the advice. I believe that you will get a physical device that will connect to the ODB2 port to upload the software. Likely, the serial number of the device and the VIN are paired with your registration (email address) and the device is then paired with the truck for its life. That's my educated guess.Educate me. We have something physical that needs to be installed to get a sowtware update ?
