I'm sure I can figure this out but figured I would ask here. I see the lifting points mention in the manual but that is also where I would want to place jack stands. So are there alternate lifting points or alternate jack stand placement points? Pics would be amazing!

If putting the truck on blocks, so to speak, Ive always and still do, jack the truck up from underneath the the axles at the spring perches, this gives you the support areas open but your also not jacking directly on the axle tube but rather a round conformed tube support. JMO.

They say you're not supposed to lift it from under the axle tube or pumpkin, I have been doing it this way since 1980 with never a problem.
I even worked in a shop with an old double post lift (1950's era) that was designed to lift from the axles, IDK.

In "the olden days" the pumpkin was never made out of aluminum or cast with cooling fins. My mercedes says not to use it as a jackpoint, and it's obvious why when looking at it.

When I jacked the truck it had arrows for jacking, or at least that's what I recall:

The Raptor's axel is HEAVILY reinforced, the diff housing is a solid cast piece, but there are jack flats welded on the outer edges of the axle right where the coil spring mounts are. I used a jack pad and did the rear by the diff so I could lower the axle onto the stands where the flats are.

Front I did via the frame with two jacks (one on each side), just doing a few inches on a side at a time. I have two 4-ton harbor freight low profile jacks and 4 stands. Works great for evenly lifting one end or one side of the vehicle vs. a single jack, but it takes a bit more time / patience since you have to go back and forth unless you have a helper.

This is helpful for lifting a whole side at a time. I’ve not lifted one side and placed stands and then do the other side to get all four corners on a jack stands.

Do you think that would work and be safe?

Oh, it’s also handy if you do not have a long reach jack as it does at like a height extension.

i put a piece of 2x4 on my jack to lift with for anything under the vehicles. it keeps the jack from scraping through any corrosion preventative and also keeps undue pressures from being applied to spots that could cause future failures
