you can bet there is pressure on line workers not to vigorously flag something that would result in line stoppage, if it can be remedied later in process- even at the dealer. Run out of matching front & back seats but have inventory in 2 different colors that would still allow vehicle completion at the moment was probably a judgment call somebody signed off on to complete the vehicle and keep line moving to hit shift numbers. I worked at Hughes aircraft in the 1980s and they shipped boxes missing the (delayed) actual product routinely to hit contract shipping quotas and sent the actual product at a later date to make up for shortages. Business as usual...

Ford's QC issues have been goin on for at least 5 years. Here's a wingless 2019 GT350R the dealership was trying to sell me over MSRP. The rear seat delete panel wasn't installed either. The OEM carbon fiber wing runs about $10k to replace. The rear seat delete panel about $1.2k. Ya, this incomplete 350R made it out and shipped to the dealership... And the sales manager thought he was doin me solid at $5k over. LMAO.

I didn’t either by the time I clicked on the link. You can see headrests in the shots, but I can’t tell what color they are.

If they were trying to cover it up, they might want to photoshop the tan backseat headrests out of the pics too lol

My truck sat where the yellow marker is from Feb 3rd until a few days ago. Now it's at the vehicle symbol. Does anyone know what happens in either lot? It went into production Jan 24 and showed built Mid March 19. I'm assuming it was held for QC issues (Different colour seats and such).
