It’s interesting to see the various accessories that are pretty universally used, even if in variation like bedliners. I personally chose a spray in bedliner, did a retrax tonneau cover, and Husky OE fender flares that wouldn’t be super obvious.

The big accessory I want is a ranch hand grill guard. They don’t accommodate sensors for the lariat, but I think I’ve found all the pieces to create my own sensor relocation.

i bet if you lived closer, they could get it figured out for you.

they are just up the road from me, and directly across the street from my favorite brewery, the shiner beer brewery.

I would totally have tried that, although I did reach out to them and they directly said they have no plans to accommodate the Lariat. I appreciated the blunt transparency, even if it disappointed me.

I would definitely stop for a beer! 🍻

6G Rangers are already LED tail, turn, reverse and headlamps. It's a sealed unit, so you can't replace individual bulbs/LEDs. IF a taillight fails, you'll have to replace the whole assembly, at a cost of about $2500. That's why if a taillight burns out on my truck after warranty, it will be listed as 'stolen'.
You are so Incorrect.
Okay. so Lariat uses level 3 of 3 head lights, level 2 of 3 tail lights and level 2 of 2 3rd brake light.

the xlt uses lvl 2 head lights(led reflector high low beams, led drl, halogen turn signals) level 2 tails same as your Lariat. and level 1 3rd brake/cargo lights. I had 9 bulbs to swap to led. front and rear turn signals(4) reverse (2) and 3rd brake/cargo(3)

the raptor uses level 3 heads, lvl 3 tails, and lvl 2 3rd brake.

If you haven't already. and have forscan, and your bulbs dont have built in resistors. in forscan you can turn off bulb outtage, and you will not get the hyperflash.

at first I turned off bulb outtage and turned on led outtage thinking that would do it. nope still hyperflash, had to turn off all turn signal bulb outtage to stop the hyperflash

For sure, I plan to start a thread on the whole project once it gets closer to becoming a reality and is underway.

Only real accessory that I have left on my list to get, or rather the one I am most excited about getting next is this. :p LOL

A Godzilla powered Ranger Raptor is a must have for me.

this is super cool, though i don't think i could get myself to install it until the truck is older. i don't actually need something like this so it would just be a novelty item.

for you guys that do the offroading and camping out in the woods, this gives you more storage, though smaller items

Maybe a drop in replacement tailgate with the storage already in it. Can't see cutting up the factory gate for this little bit of storage...

It’s another $20k. Honestly for me, I just want a V8 that’s hopefully reliable as any stock engine should be.
‘Not planning on entering any races, 500 hp and a reliable v8 under the hood really is exactly what I was wanting.

All in all i really just want to here this sound when I hit that start button.
‘For me giving a RR the sound and soul of having a V8 under the hood, is what this build is all about.

Here is link to the build thread I started yesterday.

That sounds just like the Coyote engine did that I had in my F-150. I'd be ecstatic if I could get that engine in my Ranger Raptor!!
