6G Rangers are already LED tail, turn, reverse and headlamps. It's a sealed unit, so you can't replace individual bulbs/LEDs. IF a taillight fails, you'll have to replace the whole assembly, at a cost of about $2500. That's why if a taillight burns out on my truck after warranty, it will be listed as 'stolen'.

That's incorrect, the rear turn signal bulbs and reverse light bulbs are incandescent and the assembly is not sealed, it was one of the upgrades that I did on mine, real easy to do, I got Auxito led, built in resistors and no hyper flash.

Jason: The 2025 US Rangers all the way to Lariat trim level has LED brake lights. The rear turn signals and back up lights are Halogen bulbs. I replaced the Halogen bulbs with LEDs. From what I have been told, the Ranger Raptors are all LED but I have not seen it myself.

Lariat trim level headlights (high and low), Fog lights and front turn signals are LEDs.

It's not just Ford doing this. My Toyota 4 Runner had LED tailights and halogen bulb headlights&fogs

Hi all,

I have mentioned elsewhere that yesterday I brought home my new Cactus Gray 2024 Ranger. Ford was offering a $3k discount and the dealer offered an additional $2.5k. And they threw in a set of floor mats. All-in-all pretty close to wholesale. The truck has the 2.7L engine, FX4, advanced trailer towing package and running boards. I love it, and so does the family.

Now, what comes next. Here is the list I have compiled:

Must have minor items:

• Door sill protector
• Tailgate letters
• I-piece lug nuts
• Trailer hitch plug cover
• Center console cover
• Center console organizer

Must have major items:

• Tonneau cover
• Bed mat and/or bed liner
• Mud flaps

Might want minor items:

• Hood protector
• Screen protector

Might want minor items:

• Cargo Management System
• Swing-out toolboxes

Am I missing anything important? Any suggestions a

nd any advice for which products to buy or avoid would be very much appreciated...

Congrats on the new truck. I absolutely LOVE the color. I think you have everything covered. I have 2024 XT and I could not be happier. It is quite, rides great. I love the looks, especially the grill. I've towed my new 4500lb boat with ease. (I have 2.3L). I get good MPG.

I drive a Ford truck too. Here are a few items you can also think about.

Must have items:
All weather floor liners
Seat covers if kids ride often
Bed tie down hooks
Spare tire lock

Major items:
Hard or soft tonneau cover based on use
Spray in bed liner if you haul often
Rear wheel well liners

Other items:
Dash cam
Fire extinguisher
First aid kit
Jump starter

Your list already covers most needs. I would add items that help with daily use and towing. Ford accessories fit well, but some aftermarket parts also work fine. Avoid parts that block sensors or cameras.

Only real accessory that I have left on my list to get, or rather the one I am most excited about getting next is this. LOL

A Godzilla powered Ranger Raptor is a must have for me.
