I made an account awhile ago and it was just approved to post. He was all over the Facebook group calling yall out 😂. Left a lasting impression I guess. I specifically came here to find it 🤷🏻‍♂️
I see you're with GA in SoCal. Poway or Grey Butte by chance?

In production since 1/22 with no updates since then. Have been chatting with ford weekly and all they have is that it’s pending updates.

Yep, it’s gotta be something with these early January/February builds that they aren’t releasing yet, something other than a software update. I have a hard time imagining it’s just a packed lot and they are pulling from the front only. I’m sure you can move cars freely from each line like a parking lot. It’s not like ford is stopping production to ship older models, they are going to continuously make trucks and ship them out now. So we are just going to wait to see if by luck they pull a truck from back of the lot and ship it out?

People who had bronco orders said this would happen months ago because they had the same problems. Doesn't seem that far-fetched that early orders are packed into the back of the lot and sit until everything around them gets freed up.

On top of that, we saw pictures of the holding lot and how closely some of these trucks were packed in.

Mine has been in production status since 1/23. It's been frustrating.

I am the guy who captured all the order data a few weeks ago and I've been using that data to try and figure out what specifically is holding some orders up.

About a week ago I grabbed 60 random orders produced on 1/22 and 1/23 and started tracking their statuses manually. I was pleasantly surprised that about 40% of those orders were in "Built" status or higher. I've seen that percentage grow to around 70% (as of this morning).

I have run queries on those orders to see if there is a specific option that is prevalent in the orders that are delayed. The only thing I've noticed is that orders west of the Mississippi are much more likely to be stuck in "In Production" status. I am fairly certain that it's a shipping logistics issue at this point and not something defective with the trucks.

I still see some orders on the East Coast (especially Florida) that have been delayed, but the numbers are fewer.

Seeing some F-150's my dealer ordered and is advertising on their site. Searched window stickers then build status and several have all their emissions and other certs shown on the sticker, but still show as in-production on the tracker. My RR blend date and in-production date was 2/29, but tracker not updated since then, and every indication from the dealer is that it is at the ramp waiting for rail transport. Hoping that the reason it has not shipped yet is that it is waiting for other trucks to head toward theirs and neighboring dealerships.
I also noted they are not advertising any other Rangers on their dealer website, while they still show my RR allocation on it. Told me they were going to remove it because of so many inquiries, but never removed it from their website. They did acknowledge receipt of the load box reinforcement kit I ordered and am having them install.
Note: current estimated delivery is first week in April.

A/T Nation mentioned previously that some insiders they know were chuckling about some of the conspiracy theories about shipping delays posted here.
I know patience is warranted, but communication about the builds could be a bit better, IMO.
I'm pretty sure I will continue whining about something until I know the RR is in my grubby hands.

Good to know. Yea I’m on the east coast in NY. I did a search on raptors and pulled one that’s located in NJ that is also in Production since 2/1.
The wait is fine as I’m sure it’ll ship soon but what’s frustrating is the lack of information you get from ford and the dealer other the “pending updates” when many other people on the forum get updates to their orders like shipping and delivery etas.

It is what it is for a specialty vehicle lol

it could just also be they are all at the back of the lot and are trying to get to them. sadly last in first out seems to be happening.

my lariat fx4 was produced on jan 4th and havent had an update since.

Mine was on hold since 1/30 and with a 1/29 bland date. Finally moved to built on Saturday with an email update. Seems to me that the holdup is more related to shipping logistics and consolidation to locations now than other QA issues. Ford marketing told me actual build showed complete over a month ago, meaning any QA issue or other items were resolved lang ago.

The dealers don't know as Ford is not disclosing why the vehicles have been on hold. Once your vehicle is shipped your tracker or at least your dealers view will indicate this. As to why Ford is being secretive about the hold, I'm unsure. But I know they want these vehicles to arrive without issue, if possible.
