I did a 2" spacer lift over the weekend on the front of my 2025 RR. Everything went ok and everything is re-assembled and looks good. Problem is, this kicked of a Park brake fault and it seems my paring brake is stuck ON. When disengaging it the brake light on the dash blinks continuously. It appears that the brake has disengaged but it clearly is still engaged as I can't move the truck. I had the negative battery terminal disconnected during the work and have tried puling it again to reset things. Nothing seems to work. I have an ODBLink EX which I am going to hook up and see what I can do with this.

Anyone have anything like this happen?? HELP!!!!

I still need to do the rear 1" spacers but holding off until I understand this issue.

Any assistance is appreciated!!

You'll have to go into forscan and see if you can do the service mode and release them.

So I went into FORScan and it shows no faults. I tried the "ABS Release Electric Parking Brake" ALso rebooted the ABS Module - still no luck. Any recommendations?

Check the codes. My money is on an ABS wheel speed sensor issue like wiring.

Is it still actually locked? I had to jump through all kinds of hoops and to actually clear it i drove it and the warning went away.

Yes, still won't move. When depressing the brake the brake light just flashes continuously while I have the EPB switch depressed. The light stays off when I release but brakes still locked. The light illuminates when I pull the brake switch on. It acts like it's working but still has a fault and still won't budge. WTF?!?!?!?!?!

That last code on the ABS module seems related to the electronic parking brake on the passenger rear. Maybe wiring issues. If it were me personally, I would clear all codes and then recheck to see if they pop up on a new start.

Ya, and it feels like the right rear brake is the one engaged. The thing is, I haven't touched the rear yet. I was going to install the 1" spacer in the rear but then this happened. I'll try a few more code clears. Very frustrating!!! of course the dealer wants me to tow it in. F*&K!!!!

Whats the best way to 'clear all codes'?

I'm kinda new to FORScan

It's one of the yellow icons near the "save log" button. I believe one deletes all of the codes while the other just the specific one you've selected.

Either way, looks like a "circuit open" wiring issue. Anything look out of place on the rear? How insulated is the wiring? Just as an example, I got a similar code for my wheel speed sensor on my Maverick and the 22-gauge tiny wires were "protected" by black Tesa tape. I couldn't see the nicked wires until I removed it.

I tried resetting with the yellow triangle icon...it still comes back with ABS error. I never touched the rear (yet). The one item that I disconnected from the front while disassembling the shock strut was the ABS sensor that goes into the front brake caliper area. It's a simple black plastic sensor that "floats" inside the front caliper/rotor area. All that is back in place. No broken or nicked wires. The truck only has 3k miles on it. I'm going to take the front wheels back off and doublecheck but I think the ABS module must have freaked out and I am going to have to tow it to the dealer. Hopefully not but I'll let you know.

Is the battery charged? 11.8v seems low.

I had this code a few times, although my brake never stuck on. I was able to eventually get it to clear the first two times by performing the parking brake calibration in forscan. The last time I couldn't get it to clear, so off to the dealer. They ended up finding the seal had not been installed from the factory on the actuator.

If it truly stuck you could unbolt the actuator, back it all the way out, reinstall and see what it does.
