Installed the Rival transmission skid plate to go along with the Rival front skid and oem Bronco engine skid I installed the other day. Still need to go to the dealer to get an oem Bronco transfer case skid.

Do this mean when doing oil changes you have to take off both skid plates or can you still slide the front skid off to access oil pan?

it’s a kitefoil board and foil. You get pulled around by a kite while riding a hydrofoil.

Most of the time, my ranger bed is filled with kites, boards, wetsuits, and sand.

Should come off with just removing the 2 bolts on the back of the engine skid plate and loosening the front 2 bolts. It would've been nice to get the Rival engine skid so that I'd have an access panel to drain the oil. But the ford skid was significantly cheaper and is quite robust.

Yeah, exactly what I was thinking as well...i have the fx4 and do not plan on going off-road unless its part of a road trip or something...but going to a park to take it off-road specifically will probably not happen so I doubt I need it since mine has some protection already

Same here, I don't really go off-roading for the sake of off-roading. But I do like to hike, and figured the peace of mind was worth it for the next time I'm driving up some sketchy Colorado mountain road getting to a trailhead. Plus the protection against random road debris on the highway.

Added Basseus solar and USB powered dashcam to my 2024 Ranger Raptor.
Tapped into the 5pin power behind the rear view mirror using Dongar classic usb dashcam connector.
(took 10 mins to install)

Also organized the backseat with rigid molle panels and added some first aid/ essential packs.

Wasn't today, but got my unobtanium 705's installed (glad I waited, love them, only 25lbs per wheel, bead grip and ET35, should have been factory!):

Plenty of clearance with stock 285/70R17 KO3's (or equivalent).

Glad I put on the XL mudlfaps though, the added off-set made the Ford OE one's a bit on the small side, XL's are 1 in wider than stock. And.....I can actually reach the valve stems, yipppeeee!!!

I did the break in oil change at about 1,100

miles. And then I added grill lights!

$35 on Amazon. My wife wanted it to blend in with headlights so white. Glad we added it

It got up to 40 degrees today so I washed the dang thing and got all the salt off including using the foam cannon underneath. Spent at least an hour on it. That velocity blue was shining in the sun again. Amazing what a clean truck does to my mental.

What brand of foam cannon are you using? How well does it work? Got to find a good way to get the undercarriage cleaned. Between the freshly sprayed beet juice and heavy salt, I cringe every time I take her out.
