That works as well. I was just not sure if there was anything else and the name made me curious. I did not mean it in a negative way if that makes sense. I see them on a bronco in my neighborhood and often wondered.

‘in theory it should show where your tires will go if you sight down them. Like a rifle.

I installed the Putco illuminated grill emblem yesterday.
My recently purchased $11 shop manual from Etsy was a real time saver for this project as the included instructions are pretty much useless.
Also painters masking tape is your friend and will save you from damaging the painted surfaces during the grill removal process.

I got this MF repaired. Not perfect, but a lot better than it was. Right square in the middle of the windshield too

Another benefit is you can run a rope or cable from them to your roof rack to direct branches over your windshield. Edit: also great tie down points for gear or deer.

We fitted a new hood on my father in law's 25 xlt ranger.

It still needs to be painted though. Its just white gel coat fiberglass right now

Ok, update from the carid hood my father in-law ordered and we put on a few weeks ago.

It came back from the paint shop yesterday so this morning we reinstalled the sprayer nozzles and the sprayer feed lines. We had to drill some holes in the underside for the water line clips but the actual sprayer mounting holes (rectangles) are already on the hood from whoever makes the hood.

I put a screen protector on the center display. I loathe touchscreens for the fingerprints that show up in the sun, so being able to vigorously clean it without worrying about scratches is a nice peace of mind upgrade for me.
