Why in the world would Ford drop RED on the Ranger Raptor.

Why in the world would Ford drop the Red on the Raptor. Rudy Red would have been an excellent color and thats the color I would have order on my Raptor. To drop a Silver for that ugly color Marsh another Gray is just plain and simple a stupid choice by Ford. I just do not understand Ford's decisions on new colors. Ford has really made some bad choices on color and offering no RED on a performance model like the Ranger Raptor is a big one. Red is a performance color for your sporty models and Ranger Raptor is a sporty model. Ford of North America in regards to the Ranger treats it like a second class citizen and are mad that its offered here in states. They probably like to see it go away again so you have to buy a F150 if you want a truck.

I agree and wish they would have offered what the ROW has with both Code Orange and Race Red as options for the Ford Performance Ranger model IMHO.

Did they drop the red color for the 2025 model year? Because my 2024 Ranger Raptor is Hot Pepper Red Metallic.

Yes for 2025 there is no Red for the Ranger Raptor. The other Rangers still have a Red. The Raptor Ranger has no RED hue of any kind.

A lot of people on the F150 Raptor forum were bumming when they dropped Iconic Silver from the F150 Raptor a couple years ago.
Lightning Blue would have been my first choice. But we don't get cool colors like the overseas Raptors. ?

Interesting decision. I wonder if a lot of people just didn't get the '24 red Raptor because it cost extra? I know most dealerships were not ordering them in red. I monitored SoCal dealership inventories for 3-4 months before finding my red Raptor. In those 3-4 months, I was only able to find THREE red Raptors in all of SoCal, and I bought one of them.

I have a Hot Pepper Red and I really don't love the orange hue. Would have absolutely preferred a traditional candy red.

I visited the Ford dealer on Saturday to discuss ordering a 2025 Raptor with every intention of getting Hot Pepper Red Mettalic.

Luckily, my sales associate had a Shelter Green Bronco on the lot and I was able to see it in the daylight.

I just find it frustrating that Ford only offers the truck in two “actual colors”, B&W, and FOUR earth tones.

I don’t know about you, but when I drew monster trucks as a kid with my Crayolas, my “go-to” wasn’t gray and tan.

The only reason I did not order a new Raptor is that there is no Red! Ordered a red XLT FX4 2.7L.

You're insane lol. I special ordered HPR on my Bronco Badlands and would have on my '25 Raptor if it was available. Beautiful color. Had a ton of compliments on it

The rust orange color is hardly red. The red s like my old 2005 Ranger is hot!
