Specifically I'm hoping someone has done the Lariat with the 2.7L.

Not the lariat with 2.7. I did my stx with 2.3 and i think it was just under 4500 with me in it but you would have to search for the post to see the pic

Yes, 2025 Lariat 2.7 FX4 with 2 passengers, full tank of gas, and about 50lb in the back in back: 4800

My guess around 4500 with everything out and a full tank of gas.

Yeah, I don't believe the 4,500 for a 2.7L.. I guessing it was more along 4,850 or so. Your 4,710 puts my guess in the realm of possibility.

I’ve been to a scale several times for metal recycling, where they weigh my vehicle loaded with scrap then again on my way out after unloading. Even with me in it, along with all my miscellaneous crap that stays in the truck (like tie downs, jumper battery, etc) my 2.7 lariat with most options is under 5k pounds.
According to my door jam sticker, when I subtract payload from gvwr I get I think 4850 which seems pretty accurate.
