Maybe but my last OTA update was April 27th. It has done it several times recently. I have only had 3 OTA updates since I purchased the vehicle last year on May 8th. It probably has lost setting about 100 times since.

Mine has never done that.
It has done other odd things though... But in every case restarting fixed it.

I just gave up and now the only thing I look at is the speedometer and the fuel gauge. The rest of the display can do what it wants.

This happened to me yesterday. It's happened about 7 times in the last 7700 miles since purchased.

Don't use the auto stop start eliminators. Mine was causing the gateway module to have issues and updates were failing in the background.

No such issues here and haven't heard anyone else have that issue with an ASS eliminator.

The fact that at least the 4D plugs directly into the gateway module is a huge red flag.

The good ones just plug directly into the button itself, and replicate a button press.

I don't have a start / stop eliminator and I have experienced this issue many times. It happens about once a week.

It happens to me all the time and I don’t have the start/stop eliminator.
I’ve also had the truck randomly change drive modes while driving and I never touched the dial. Not good when it throws itself into 4L and you’re in a blacktop parking lot or maybe even worse, on the highway!

Big thread on that issue. I had that happen to me on the highway. The truck freaked out big time.

New 2026 owner here, less than a week old and My View reset to default. Definitely a software bug. I guess I will wait for a software update to eventually fix it?
