My Dark Horse came right through within an hour of placing the order but I ordered a 2023 Escape and it three weeks to come through with the same dealer.

Yeah my guy said it could take a few days. But now I'm wondering if he actually submitted the order, or is just waiting to submit the order when the banks are open, as I dont think I have an actual order number yet.

Talked to my dealer earlier and he said price would be MSRP plus probably $15K. What a joke that dealers are able to rip people off like this.

Retail order.

I got priority 20 on mine so Dealer stock. Usually retail trumps dealer stock but I had read somewhere that on initial new launch they prioritize dealer stock first to "work out the kinks" before custom orders. Just what I remember reading so take that for what it's worth.

Essentially, if I understand correctly, 10 means customer order and its the highest priority a dealer can assign. 1-9 would be like an expedited order but only corporate can assign those codes. 10 is higher priority than 11 and so forth.
