So I went through this thread and am still confused on what the options are for a black lug nut that matches exactly the OEM strength based on your input here.

People are commenting that they have a solution and it fits fine, works great, etc., but that's not the same thing (per your post) as matching the OEM strength. Is bulge acorn the answer?
The Gorilla spline drive bulge acorn lug nuts I got have the exact same angle and mounting point surface area as the OEM lug nuts I took off my Ranger Raptor.

Can't speak to how the McGards' geometry compares to OEM. I currently have McGards on a couple other non-Ford vehicles that have withstood years of fairly heavy wheeling, canyon carving, autox, and some track days without any problems. Also have some cheap, probably Chinese, black acorn spline drive lug nuts from Discount Tire on another non-Ford vehicle that is wheeled, and I have had zero issues with them over the last 4+ years.

I expect the Gorillas will be fine. Anecdotal sample size of one, but they have been on my Ranger for more than six months with no issues so far including long road trips, winter, and forest service road time.

I've run Gorilla lugs for years on other cars and trucks. They're fine and the black coating holds up well.

McGard lugs with the floating cone are nice to protect the finish on your wheels but I'm not worried about that on my stock FX4 wheels.

I'm not exactly sure what size they are. I found the wheels online and called Belle Tire to see if they could order these for me and put them on when they arrive. It turned out they could. They are the ones who looked up what size thread I needed and ordered them with the wheels. This particular wheel has a -25mm offset and our stock RR wheels are a -55mm offset so these poke 30mm (an inch). So if you call any tire store and give them your vehicle details they can tell you what size thread you have. Sorry, that's all I can tell you at the moment, I hope it helps.

I just swapped over some '21 Tremor wheels on to my '25 Lariat, I got the Gorilla locking lugs mentioned in post #19, they're bulge acorn style but as the pictures in post #19 show the contact area diameter is slightly less then the stock OEM one.
In my mind, that can't be right, but I see others here have used them, just wondering if I'm over thinking this thing and should just bolt them on.

100 lb.ft according to manual.

Interesting. When I purchased, it had the green box saying "These fit your 2024 Ranger". Even had that yesterday when I last looked. Now they do not. I did compare OEM and these side by side and they look identical other than color, obviously.
Are you still happy with the fit of these Gorilla locking lug nuts? I bought a set and as I posted above, kind of concerned because the surface area of the cone is a bit smaller, other than that, they look great.

Mine aren't the Gorilla's but I'm thinking of switching over as no one has anything bad to say about them other than the stock breaker bar may be a little short, so may have to replace that with a breaker bar with a deeper socket well.

For the Amazon's, the fit is ok, but I've noticed after a couple rotations the finish is starting to come off, I'm seeing some bronze color peeking through where the socket has rubbed the nut.

So I'd go with better quality like the Gorilla's or others.

Does anyone know the part number for the Gorilla black factory style lugs for 2024 Ford Ranger XLT 4x4? When I add the vehicle to their website, says no products matching the selection.

I bought some McGard 64015 black lug nuts, but they were 1/3 the diameter of the stock ones when I put them on. Looked way too dangerous. Put the stock ones back on. Ended up ordering the black acorn bulge ones from Ford Performance Parts and they are exactly the same size as stock.
