I am trying to decide on a color for my next Ranger. I initially wanted White but I have decided it is a little too bright for my taste. I don't want a metallic color because it is too difficult to touch up rock chips and look decent. I am not that partial to gray but Cactus Gray is the lightest color that looks like may work for me.

My question about Cactus Gray is; does it have a greenish hue to it? I can't tell when looking at it online and I am color blind in light green shades. I am hoping it does have a green hue to it so it doesn't just look like primer with a clear coat. I am hoping to find one locally to look at and show to a friend but no luck on that so far.

Depends on the lighting. Sometimes it's green, sometimes it's blue, sometimes it's grey, sometimes it's nearly white.

They offer it on the outgoing rangers and broncos (and maybe f150s?) so you should be able to find one pretty easily.

It's really hard to get a photo where it doesn't have the green hue to it -- also depends on monitor color accuracy, but this link is pretty close from what I've seen in person...

Yes, it has a slight green hue. I would describe it as kind of "mint". The thing I love about it is, it can look like a different color depending on the light. It hides dirt better than white, and I'm so happy with mine!

I really went back and forth between it and Azure Gray. I recently saw a ranger in Azure, and decided it was too blue for my taste. Cactus is the way to go in my opinion.

I recently looked at a new Maverick and it appeared clay-ish to us. I went with hot pepper red hoping it will be dark orange

I've seen a lot of Cactus Gray Bronco Sports running around, so you might be able to find one that you can check out. I've also seen in on a few big Broncos.

I have a Lariat Cactus Gray and agree it appears 'mint' to me. In some lighting conditions it looks more white and cloudy days it has more of a light green appearance.

Thank you all for the responses. It is helpful to me. It sounds like I will need to find one with that color to determine for myself if I like it or not. What I have seen so far makes me think I will like it. I am still a long way off before I purchase, so I have plenty of time find a Ranger or Bronco that color.

My HPR looks different depending on the lighting. It really looks orange in the bright sunlight but is darker red in heavy overcast or low light situation. We really like it because it is a color you don't see every day like the Taco orange or all the different reds.

I have Cactus Gray and I don't really see the green that others mention. It looks gray to me and I love it.

In a 2023 Mustang Mach 1, they call it Fighter Jet Gray (but it's the same paint code as Cactus). In the right vehicle it looks great, this is my 2023:
