Has anyone noticed any change in their exhaust tone?
I just past 10000 miles. I am noticing that my exhaust is very gradually sounding better and better.
I usually keep it in Normal mode, but it's really coming into it.
Not complaining, just curious...

LOL, This happened to me a few days ago when I remote start it while looking at my lawn to warm it up. Seemed louder and better with 23k but my hearing is getting bad lol...

My RR sounds better every time I go into R mode

I wish there was an accessory like the 4d tech auto start/stop but that remembers your exhaust / suspension / steering settings. Would think it's possible, just maybe not enough of a market for it

(I know you can do this with R mode, but I like R mode as my 'fun' mode, not my daily drive settings)

Yes, I thought maybe it was in my head at first, but now having a new 25‘ model and bouncing back and forth between them on a regular bases.

I know for fact the 24’ model has gotten louder and changed tone to some degree.

I keep mine in quiet mode all the time , and even quiet mode on my 24 with 12k miles is louder then normal mode is on the 25 model with only 2k miles.

Never been much of a fan of how a 6 banger gas engine sounds, so not been all that crazy about how it’s been getting louder.

The RR has a 2nd exhaust pipe with a valve that opens and closes to make it louder or quieter.
I wouldn't be surprised if this valve started failing with the more miles & carbon buildup.

Not surprising, my Mustang GT with Boral touring full system got louder and louder as the packing blew out of the mufflers. Got so loud ended up replacing the mufflers with Ford Performance mufflers and removed the H -pipe crossover and install stock ford resonator. Perfect sound when cruising at 80mph but sound great WOT.

Most exhaust does get louder , have repacked many dirt bike mufflers and they last a few hundred hours.

I knew mufflers like glass packs and the like had packing and after time and heat cycles they would get louder, but is there packing involved anywhere in these oe exhaust systems?

We use to put glass packs on our trucks back in the 80s and take our trucks to the car wash to accelerate that heat cycle process to make them louder sooner then later.

I didn't think traditional OE mufflers had any packing in them or had those characteristics of a packed muffler.

Does the Raptor have that feature that pipes exhaust sound thru the speaker system?

No, not that I am aware of anyway.
