Actually what it states concerning that is stated below. I’ve had warranty claims paid in full with a performance tune in my vehicle without issue. 🤷🏼‍♂️
  • Aftermarket Parts Protection:Using aftermarket, refurbished, or specialized parts does not automatically void a warranty; the manufacturer must demonstrate that the part caused the failure for a claim to be denied.
Overboost, changes in fuel mapping, changes in timing…Just saying that if you are not a good client of the dealer, then modify your truck with charge pipes + catch cans + intercooler + bov + downpipes + xyx + and aftermarket tune, then odds are you’re not covered. Hell I wouldn’t cover a vehicle someone changed everything on.

Had mine installed today at 412 miles. Did one 0-60 run and it was impressive. Diffinitely pulled harder. Cannot wait until my truck is a little more broken in.

After it sat in my cart for three days, I pulled the trigger and bought from TireRack last night. Almost $200 cheaper than the dealership I use (and really like, by the way), Fred Beans in Washington, NJ. Assuming there's instructions on what to do before head to the dealership for install?

I would contact your dealer first, not all can set it up for you. I did all the legwork in advance, set up the Ford Performance account, pulled the stock info. into the device then downloaded the tune and transferred that to the device. I literally had the dealer tech just hit a couple buttons to load the tune into the truck. They didn't charge me either.

Pulled the trigger last night. Bought through Ford accessories and having sent to the dealer. With Ford's current promotion, I got 20% off! I contacted several dealers in my area about having this done. Only one responded. I asked for a quote and was provided one with dealer labor rate for 1 hr. I told the dealer I wanted to put more miles on the truck for a proper break-in period before I would commit.
Fast forward a month or so, I contacted the dealer that I was ready to get this done. He responded that I should go through Ford accessories and select the install at the same time. He said it would save money on labor rates. The labor rate in my original quote was $190/hr. But the Ford installation when bought with the Pro Cal tune was only $112/hr. I can't say I've ever had a dealer provide me with a less expensive option that didn't work out in their favor. We'll see how it all goes down next week when I have it installed.

Exactly how I did mine. Ford shipped the pro cal to my dealer. I was notified by Ford Parts . I went the next day to my dealer. 1 hour 15 minutes later I was on the road. 0 out of pocket to service department. My initial impression was holy crap this truck pulls hard!

I did contact my service rep prior to insure they could/would install it.

Dealer just installed my procall tune on my 2026 Rraptor as part of the car deal. Had to wait until approved for the 2026 model year.

Nice! I have only done a few WOT 0-60 runs as still breaking my truck in, but it is impressive and makes me miss my 6 piston Brembos I had on my Mustang GT. I also got 20.4 mpg driving 55-60mph commuting to work. It was 18.4 prior.

I didn't buy from Stage 3, but I did buy from Steeda. They are a large distributor / supplier for Mustang's. I bought my Stage 2 Power Pack for my 2016 GT Track Pack back when I had that. Used pay-pal credit, paid it off before the promotional period (no interest).

I think time will tell(?) as there's a smaller sample size with people with the RR procal tune and any big warranty claims since it's all relatively still new and no one has any big issues yet.
My truck is dead, instrument cluster went haywire while driving and now Forscan cannot communicate with the PCM.
