Driving in "Sport Mode" disables it. The next time you start the truck it will ask you "Do you want to return to Sport Mode" and press OK on the steering wheel.

I understand it's not exactly what you're looking for, but it's the closest thing next to disabling with FORScan.

Also any time you’re connected to a trailer it turns it off.

And this brings up a second anoying feature...having to confirm my previous drive mode setting everytime I start my truck. Just remember all my settings. Not difficult.

They may as well have just made that screen prompt say "Would you like a randomized setting?" Call it "Surprise Me Mode".
