My 2017 Raptor was stuck in QA hold for a while and it arrived with just over 100 miles on it. It didn't really bother me because the truck was flawless so whatever issues it was being held for, got fixed and never had to go back to the dealer for anything.

That is pretty low. Your delivery must have had a very short transportation chain to you and definitely did not go through rail transport and marshaling yard lot movement.
