instrument cluster settings lost

am I the only lucky one with this annoying problem?
completely randomly, it could happen 3 times in a day while just start/stopping the car or it does not happen for a month....the setting in my view and cluster gauge disappears and go back to default. it happens only to the cluster, not the sync4 main screen

Mine goes back to default view fairly often after remote starts. Not every time of course, that would be too easy to find the common set of conditions that causes it.

The good thing is that none of my "My View" settings are lost. I just need to back out and select MV again.

I have a similar issue. My cluster gauges aren't lost, but if I up arrow or down arrow to check things like tire pressure, trip1 or trip 2 values they don't show.

Like Ag3ntC00p3r , none of my "My View" settings are lost. I just need to back out and select My View again and my settings are restored.

Not alone. Mine will randomly do that as well. Easy enough to get it back , but still. Im guessing a future software update to fix it.

yes this happens to me regularly...but seldomly also reset to default...from the answers I read I believe we have a SW glitch, one of the many...

Yup, happens randomly to me. I have it set to my tpms and randomly reset to trip 1.

I randomly have same issue. Guessing a software issue.

Same for me, I use the "MyGauges" view but often I find the default view "Trip 1"
