Latest software update reset all my presets / memory settings

Mirrors wouldn't fold. Ambient lighting off and moved to another section that took forever to find. I opened the rear drivers side door and an alarm went off. That's never happened. Top icons make no sense.

The latest software update that just came out 12/19/2024, caused all my presets like auto folding mirrors to be lost and had to go back and reset them. Anyone else have this issue?

Yep. Mirrors is the first thing I noticed. Haven’t checked anything else, yet.

Well, I'm a liar. I left work yesterday after posting something stupid like "Drrrrrr.... My MiRRoRs aRe FiiIIinE AfTer tHe UpdaTe". Well, auto-fold was turned off. I didn't have ambient lighting set, so I don't miss what I didn't have. Otherwise, all settings. gauge clusters, and FORScan settings remain. Wonder why mirrors and lights missed the boat.

At the end of the day, it's not a bad update.

Got in my truck after work last night and saw I did have the new update. Reset the mirrors and ambient lighting. No big deal. Also had to reset my audio settings. Also no big deal.

Yup. Lost folding mirrors and ambient lighting. Had to reset both.

All of the Factory applications seem like they’re running even slower after the update. It takes a solid 5 seconds for the towing page to open.

Luckily CarPlay seems to be fine.

I have the folding mirror issue as well, and it thinks someone is sitting in the rear middle seat, so the seatbelt chime is never ending, so that's pretty cool.

If you are comfortable with Forscan set the row 2 column 3 seat from belt monitor to "not present". I've been meaning to do this on mine as well but haven't gotten around to it yet. I don't think the seat issue is new for this update. I too had the folding mirror issue and any time apim is reset the ambient lighting turns off.

My mirror folding stopped working too. I like when the mirrors folded in, let's me know the doors were fully closed and the truck locked. How do you reset it to work again like before the update.

So where do you see that a software update has been done? If I go into Software Updates I see this. What doers it mean "Not Completed"? It's been like that for days.

I liked when the mirrors folded-in, but it is gone now with the update. It was a nice reminder that all the doors were closed and the truck locked. How do you reset the mirrors?

Is there anywhere that tells me what update version I have? I looked at the Software Update page and there is nothing to indicate what version I have or that an update has occurred.
