No obvious warning and bad design, Ford should pay for it!I just noticed my wife's don't go down all the way either now. Did anyone try to get it fixed under warranty yet? I'm going to have my wife take her's in and just tell them everything except that her husband tried to cycle them manually to get them out of the way for freezing rain. Should be covered.

The obvious warning is written in plain english in the manual, as has been mentioned ad nauseam. Maybe the dealer will "good will" it or maybe not, but it's not a bad design at all; it's an evolution of a design that wasn't good enough. To expect a warranty claim when it's user error is wrong (if you flat tow a 2024 because you failed to read the documentation doesn't entitle you to a warranty claim when the drivetrain or brakes or whatever gets ruined).
