My apologies, I misunderstood your question “Does anyone make a Tube and Fin Intercooler for the Ranger raptor?”
In the US, you can make your own.
Or have a friend send you the PWR from Australia or New Zealand.

So far the TurboSmart is my choice, although any are better than stock. The price is the downfall.
