Does anyone make a Tube and Fin Intercooler for the Ranger raptor?
My apologies, I misunderstood your question “Does anyone make a Tube and Fin Intercooler for the Ranger raptor?”Doesn’t seem to be available in the US but looks awesome. Thanks!
@DirtDerrick Since you've ran a lot of these, which one would you recommend for a truck staying with the stock tune for the foreseeable future?
At least my truck is fast, because I'm slow to respond. I apologize @pablo94sc .
So far the TurboSmart is my choice, although any are better than stock. The price is the downfall.
I decided to help all I could and do a Labor Day Sale on the top two picks for Intercoolers.

6G members,
on the TurboSmart intercooler try code: TSMART 12 Available
on the Wagner try code: WAG 7 Available
I know this is the intercooler thread but also huge deals on exhaust and turbos.
Garrett PowerMax Turbo try code: GFAST 10 Available
SwitchFire AWE Exhaust try code: BDIAMOND 6 Available
You can save thousands on just the items above. They are in stock and ship within 24hrs.
Also tried to create a comparison that's attached.
How much off was it?Great Price on the Turbosmart.
Me? For the Powermax Turbos—the coupon was over $900 off. This is the second set. I couldn’t pass it up. Remember—don’t send to my house, send to Turbo Bay to modify, and I’ll switch out the stock Powermaxes I already have in my truck when they arrive. How much off was it?
If you're Mr. J, the order is placed. 1 business day, coming out of Texas warehouse.
Buy the turbos—you will never find them that cheap—anywhere. Or the AWE exhaust—you can’t beat that deal either. I see you were looking at the DSR intercooler. I also wanted an option for a winch. Almost all the stage 1 aftermarket Intercoolers get fatter going forward and take away space for a winch. Have you considered the Process West stage 2? I have one. It is only about 2” thick—where a stage 1 is about 5” thick. There appears to be plenty of room for a winch. Every winch bumper I have seen is designed to run with the stock Intercooler shutters in place. The PW stage 2 removes the shutters and is thinner than the factory Intercooler (because it is almost as big as the radiator —it’s thinner). I had measured it out, and it almost would fit a hidden, behind the bumper winch—something like that new Warn flattop winch. More importantly the PW is $1k cheaper.Nice write-up, and a little sale, too! Thank you.
It's really a shame I'm not in the IC market yet, because the Turbosmart looks nice. But I'm still in the planning stages for the next few rounds of mods, and adding a winch behind the front bumper is something I'm thinking of trying. That'll require an IC more like this -

Guess I could sell it later? Hmmmm.
