@DirtDerrick. Do you actually have the diamond black tip AWE exhaust in stock? I was told by AWE they are mostly made when ordered. I also have ADD phantom rear bumper and have not got a clear answer if I would have fitment issues. Any customers you had with that bumper? I don’t want to deal with fitment issues because of my bumper.

The DSR one looks like Tube and Fin similar the PWR one, all the others are Bar and Plate. Tube and Fin flow better and is lighter, bar and plate is beefier (physically heavier, more thermal mass), but don't flow quite as well, so to compensate for poorer flow, they are usually physically larger to get the same pressure drop. Bar and Plate are popular because they can be welded by hand vs. requiring expensive mfg. of tube and fin style that is typically mass produced by OE's.

Ideally, I'd prefer a larger tube and fin style, but there aren't any except the PWR one and I don't know how we could get one imported.

I ordered 60 systems, they have been trickling in. I currently have 5 Black Diamond Systems in stock.
Let me ask the gentleman who's truck they used for development. He had front and rear bumper, but I don't think he installed them yet. One sec

I can discount this one as well, if the DSR route is the way you wanted to go.

Wagner one is
With a core size of 550mm x 300mm x 77mm Can do this one for $800 shipped to you. In stock.

DSR one is
Core Dimensions 550mm x 300mm x 90mm

That Wagner looks interesting, but it's for a 2.7L. But, the DSR one looks like a pretty common core option from back in the day, so it's their pipes I'd really be needing for the Raptor.

Yes. It is for a 2.7. I was just showing you a cheaper option here in the US.
You can get the Y from the 2.7 pipes.

Also the 2.7 intecooler from some company's are the same one as the 3.0.
They just added another hot inlet for the 3.0.

Lots of stuff from the bronco, Ranger 2.3, and Ranger 2.7 cross over.
Some perfectly, some require creative thinking.

Buy the turbos—you will never find them that cheap—anywhere. Or the AWE exhaust—you can’t beat that deal either. I see you were looking at the DSR intercooler. I also wanted an option for a winch. Almost all the stage 1 aftermarket Intercoolers get fatter going forward and take away space for a winch. Have you considered the Process West stage 2? I have one. It is only about 2” thick—where a stage 1 is about 5” thick. There appears to be plenty of room for a winch. Every winch bumper I have seen is designed to run with the stock Intercooler shutters in place. The PW stage 2 removes the shutters and is thinner than the factory Intercooler (because it is almost as big as the radiator —it’s thinner). I had measured it out, and it almost would fit a hidden, behind the bumper winch—something like that new Warn flattop winch. More importantly the PW is $1k cheaper.
If I was going for max power I'd be on the turbos and PW2, but those days are behind me. I'm happy with what it has, minus the 107mph governor.

I'm thinking of putting the winch in the stock bumper, and from what I've seen behind the lower valance, a high mount IC is necessary to free up that lower area for a winch plate. I'm not 100% sure it's feasible, but until I'm at the point of needing a winch for an upcoming trip, it's vaporware.

a few pics to show the room in there with a hidden winch mount. The first pic is my truck with the PW stage 2. The remaining pics are with the hidden winch mount installed with the stock intercooler and no shutter. There is more room with the PW than the stock IC.
