From yoiur pictures it looks like a straight shot right to the filter. Nothing like the factory setup. What am I missing? And what is this pre filter?
If you look at your truck the air comes up from the grille before it goes into the filter. Google pre filters for air filters. They've been around for years.

Wait, it goes in and then down into the box then up into the filter.
It goes up from the grille before it enters the air box. There's no straight shot into the filter unless you're driving around with no hood.

Reused the billet pedal covers from my 2019. They don't fit 100% exact but I'll see how they hold on.

Signature lux has these for the 24+ ranger. They install easily and fit perfectly.

I prefer mine. They look like the factory ones on my Fusion and I haven't had any issues with them being loose while driving. And when I referred to the fit it was only the brake pedal that wasn't super tight. In no way do i mean they're going to fall off.

Compressor mounted. Air chuck outlet installed. Need to fabricate new mounting brackets for the tank and connect the hoses. Wired up.

What compressor and train horn are you using and where are they mounted? Can you do a detail post for these?
This is the original compressor setup.

I separated the compressor from the tank and made those quick mounting brackets. The attached to the bed floor on the passenger side at the rear and the tank was mounted below that above the tailpipe. Also custom brackets. It's a tight squeeze for that. The horns i put together in a quad formation instead of flat across and on the driver side above the tailpipe. See post #109 for tank placement.

Completing what the S&B left off the intake system. Waiting on one more part and welding up an aluminum fitting.

Relocated the Active Cruise Control radar. Harness required extending. Now the intercooler has completely unblocked airflow. Thank you Ford for making the grille one on the easiest to remove. Couple feet of wiring, wire loom, electrical tape, 8 butt connectors, 1 rivnut, M5 bolt, small spare bracket laying around and 5 zip ties saved me $200 for the ADD part.

EDIT: You will need to recalibrate the CCM system with forscan. I did it 3 times before it finally took. You go to the wrench icon and go to CCM recalibrate. Follow the prompts and you need to drive to over 30 mph till the system is calibrated.

Picked up all across the board. Didn't spin off the line either. 3/10 with a 3/4 cold air kit. We'll see if the final part of the cold air I'm fabricating helps any.

Throttle body. 60mm to 65mm. Exact port match to the intake. The intake looks pretty good on the inside. Very little oil coating as well. Catch cans working.
