Yes, pre mod before intercooler. It says you're supposed to remove them with the intercooler install. BTW, did yours pop a code P05A1 active grille shutter sensor minimum/maximum?

have you run codes? It's not a code that will trigger the check engine light. I only saw it because i had forscan running to recalibrate the ACC relocation and was looking at all module codes.
Are you sure the ACC will still function as normal when being moved? It looks like the gap it smaller. I assumed you tested everything? Just curious as I would love to do this to my truck but worried i'd screw up the ACC since I use it often..Since relocating the ACC radar it could use a little protection. The 4 aside tabs will break off since there's nowhere to latch and it's all flat area. The 2 top tabs latch. 1 of the 3 lower tabs sorted of latches. It's overall a pretty tight fit. So, I have no fears of it falling off.
I've performed the recalibration. That's the exact place ADD's relocation bracket puts it for $200. Go look at their bracket.
On the bright side it doesn't matter as I can just reroute the crankcase hose. Lol. Waiting on paint to dry.
Throttle body. 60mm to 65mm. Exact port match to the intake. The intake looks pretty good on the inside. Very little oil coating as well. Catch cans working.
Can you share more information on the 65 mm throttle body you used?
Part number? Direct replacement?
I believe I mentioned it but I monitor the instant mpg and the throttle input %. It now requires less throttle to maintain the same speed with a higher mpg now. I just did the draggy run this morning and picked up almost another tenth on the quarter mile. So, I say that about a 10 hp+/- gain along with better low speed flow. Hence the higher mpg and less throttle input to maintain the same speeds.
