Unfortunately, Maxbore, who I used to get stock ones ported from, has passed away. 65mm Bore plus low profile shaft. Luckily for me this was the same exact one from my 2019 that I saved.

Final piece of a complete Air Intake system. Got rid of the tornados on both sides.

Truck has a cold idle stumble. These helped with the 2019. So, I'm giving them a try. MSD coils.

19.14 mpg with throttle body and now up to 19.4 mpg since the driver side inlet pipe. Didn't hurt anything. Cold idle stumble has been smoothed out with the coils.

Started with adding a lower bracket to the radar to solve recurring blocked radar and solving the lower shutter removal error code. Cut the end of the shutter flap and silicone into the frame. Shutter removal issue turned into intercooler install. Installing intercooler turned into charge pipes. Intercooler could have been maybe a half hour swap. Charge pipes were not a fun one to install. Left the from shutter frame on to help funnel air directly through the core. No radar obstructing the intercooler should really show lower and consistent temps.

Since none of the stock brackets are used to secure the charge pipes i found these reverse osmosis brackets to help secure them.

Lot of work cleaning all the brake dust off and getting them ready to powder coat. Code orange to match.

Was able to reuse rear crash bar plugs. Should keep the moisture out.

Do you by chance have the part numbers? I tried to read at least that rear plug but nothing came up so I might be reading it wrong. I can't find suitable plugs for the front and if I could just get OE Ford ones from the 5G I'd do that.

They came from my 2019. I think they're no longer available. So, you'll have to look for wrecked 5G ones. Might even be able to get them for free if you get lucky. The front are plastic covers and the rear are rubber plugs.

Since the stock bed lights weren't that bright and the gas cans covered them as well, I piggybacked a few more LEDs to them. I may tie in a couple more at the bulkhead later.

Backordered from msd until 7/30... Im throwing in some fresh colder plugs, might as well upgrade coils while im in there. Good find! Applications list ecoboost 3.0 v6 but doesnt specifically list "Ranger Raptor". made it hard to find...

**Update** found stock on SummitRacing, also kit# 826036 is the same kit just with all black coils.

Followup, between the coils, driverside intake pipe, intercooler and charge pipes. I'm now sitting at 20 mpg on this tank. I will say most of that are the coils. That's another .6 mpg increase.
