I'm really surprised Ford doesn't mention the onboard compressor capability more. I love that they have a spot in the back for it between the bed and the outside shell. I'm really hoping it's available in the US by the time I get one.

I guess I'll join in. On my 5G scab, I paid the same price for the package that included the B&O stereo, but since there was no room for the woofer, I got the big nothing burger for the same price. Not even a B&O head unit and some extra speakers in the rear doors. I'm bitter, but I got over it

Will I get the same shaft on the 6G for a SCAB?

Is the Tow package standard, or just the hitch? From what I gather we all get the hitch mount, but pay extra for the break controller and backup assist.

I'm curious about this, too. On the Bronco, the Tow package does not come with a brake controller. They offer one from FP that's designed to be plug-and-play, but it's almost 400 bucks. I don't understand why they don't have a "Max Tow" type of option from the factory like the F150 does, which includes everything.

So will the Ranger be more like the F150 or the Bronco?

My guess is there will be a "regular" Tow, which is basically just the hitch and the wiring harness, and then there will be a Max Tow, which will include the brake controller and backup assist.

I second that and am also wondering when or if they intend to bring back the Tremor package. Not being able to get either of those two will be the biggest reasons for just keeping my F-150. Well, that and the out-the-door price of the Raptor.

I am right there with you. If the 4A is not offered on the Lariat, I will wait to see if a future Tremor package offers it.

3) Is there any storage within the bed tailgate? (like the GM trucks). So far from videos I haven't seen any indicated that there is.

4) Does the tailgate have the option to be "half lowered"? I think the outgoing ranger had this feature.

5) Is there any secure, lockable storage within the cabin? Will there be options to add "vaults" to the under-seat or center console?

As US is essentially getting a LHD version of an Australian designed ute I see no reason why the tailgate design would differ from the overseas versions.

You can lock the glove box with the factory key.

how did you gather any of that when the Order Guide isn't even out yet? Go look at the 2023 B&P and there is absolutely an upgraded tow package option. I swear people are losing their minds about basically nothing here ?

Um, OK, forgive me. I was just posting out 'questions', but now I know I need to review my posts with you to be sure it meets your criteria. Does it actually say every truck gets a hitch? If it does, then OK, I missed it.

I believe 2023 was unchanged from 2022. I also read the standard towing of 3500lbs is for bumper towing method. No reason to expect 6G won't be the same.

no, it doesn't say every truck gets a hitch. the lower standard towing number is achieved with bumper pull
