What did you do to your Ranger Raptor Today?

I installed in my garage by myself. Drove up on a set of ramps, lifted the rear onto jack stands, and used floor jacks to lower old tank and raise new tank.

Were you able to recalibrate the fuel gauge to account for the new tank volume? I saw a YouTube video a while back of a guy in Australia that had a shop swap his out, but he wasn’t able to get that to update.

I have not tried yet, but I don’t think It can be done on Forscan on vehicles that are. 2023 or newer. I think it can be done in FDRS, but it sounds like there are only a handful of techs out there that can do it. Gauge reads fine and I just know that I can almost double the miles to empty that it says.

Always a popular thread, thought we'd start one for the Ranger Raptor.

Installed the TurboSmart BOV on my Raptor today, super easy (took like 8 minutes) and it's a super high quality piece.

Have on order but not here or installed yet:

Nothing fancy, installed FP mud flaps. Not sure what’s performance about them but they were free with Ford points.
