I'm shocked at a LOT of the responses here. My local dealership, Planet Ford 45, sells all non-Raptor F150s and Non-Raptor Rangers at their cost from Ford. Often times less. So, an F150 is usually about $6K - $9K under MSRP and my 2025 Ranger XLT 2.7L with the FX4 was $38K on a sticker of $45,680.Thought it would benefit future Ranger purchasers to know what current owners payed for their Ranger. As Raptors have such a messed up supply chain/demand climate, lets have a poll just for XL, XLT, Lariat models. Obviously feel free to post how much above, below MSRP you paid. I just ordered a Lariat at invoice. The dealer (Sheehy Ford, Richmond, VA) advertised $2500-$4000 off their 7 models on their lot. However, at least $1000 of that was in the form of a trade in allowance.

You got what you wanted (mostly), and you were willing to pay for it - everyone wins.I'm already picky as is, but tried to loosen up.
At the end of the day, paid 7% off MSRP, so just a hair below invoice.
The Ranger doesn't have a moonroof.Wow, crazy! Around me I have 3 Ford dealers within 45 minutes but none of them have or ever have Rangers. 1, maybe 2 on the lot. And zero ever have one with the 2.7L V6.
I'm already picky as is, but tried to loosen up. Couldn't even find one with the 2.7L, let alone in Marsh Gray like I wanted. So had to order, but got almost everything I wanted exactly - with the exceptions of removing the Power Moonroof due to the Ford delay, and also not being able to add some features like Heated Mirrors or 400W power in bed due to Ford either not even offering them on an XLT, or forcing you to combine them into a package with other features I didnt want
