That puts the bulge of the spring outward making it hit the control arm at full droop. I had a fab tech level which required springs to be rotated and the control arm rested on the coil. Switched it to a bajasrule level and factory spring orientation and have 0 issues with the spring hitting at full droop. The issues I had was before any level was installed there was wear on the shock boot from the coil spring. Look at my recent thread I posted about it yesterday.
Do you have a link to the one you bought?

For those of you that have done the spacers from GOAT (or similar), how did you press factory bolts out of the top hats?

When I have the truck jacked up and them at full droop the uca is on the coils. So you would have to have this two. Beings we're both 2" spacer lift. Which makes more droop. It is even on their site. Which has me thinking I'm needing longer uca. But nobody makes them. 🙄
I didn't say anything about compression. I went puck lift because it retains the stock ride. Eibach coils and perch would make it ride like đź—‘

Not at all. I'm not sure what you've got going on. It's not even close using the strut spacers from goat offroad.

They're barely in there. I just sit them on the ground and smack them with a hammer and they just fall out. I did put the nut back on them and screw it down flush just so I didn't booger up the threads just in case I ever used them again

One other question for the DIY folks. How bad was the lower shock bolt to remove/re-torque? I hear it calls for something like 400 ft lbs.

Yep, 405ft/lb to be precise. Its a big bolt. Need a good breaker and an extension to get it off with minimal swearing and a big ol torque wrench to tighten back up.

New to offroad as I come from more of a gofast car lifestyle @Havasu RR did you have any issues with alignment? While reading over the G.O.A.T. part more information section for the 2/1 is saw this.
"2022-Current Next Gen Ranger Raptor
The Next Gen Ranger Raptor factory-fixed UCA can only provide a less-than-adequate wheel alignment at 2in lift."
or...
@nedmo can you ellaborate on the less-than-adequate? Not trying to be ingorant here. Really trying to get a grasp some more details on that before I pull the trigger as I don't plan to change the UCA's.

Thanks

That wording is probably a bit overly negative. If for example a factory Raptor is 100% perfect wheel alignment, at 2" spacer lift in the front, the acheive able wheel alignment is roughly 95% of perfect. Basically, you usually need to castor wheels forward to clear larger tyres, which limits your camber adjustments.

Man, if you find out let me know. Ive tried a few avenues but the additional steps still cost money.

@nedmo, will 35x11.50s hit at full compression in the rear without any lift?

Currently, I'm running LT285/75R17 (i.e., 33.8"x11.2") K03s on stock rims and plan to use 1.5" spacers in the front to get closer to level (I want to maintain a little rake so when I have the topper and camping gear in the back, the nose doesn't stick up horribly high). But with that said, I'm thinking about increasing tire size to 35x11.50s when the current tires need to be replaced. Thanks in advance.

Mine did not hit with 34.6x11.6 I later added 1” to rear to get a little rake for towing…and mine are 20” but makes no difference of course
