It was a deliberate designed in comfort feature. It allows us fat Americans to get in and out easier.

Sorry, I couldn't help it.....

So, I do have the lean, but on checking that out today, I also noticed something else & am wondering if it's related or if other people have this too. It seems to me my driver's side rear wheel is slightly inset (into the wheel well) while the passenger side rear wheel is slightly offset (out of the wheel well). Almost like the whole rear axle assembly is a bit shifted.

well I doubt that is related but that is indeed something you need to get resolved. These trucks are design to track straight, not like some that track off to one side or another. Get it looked at for sure, not normal at all.

It's the spread of the contagious Taco lean, my tacomas notoriously had that and my RR has it too. Bitter union employees don't help the situation.
Almost 20 years owning Tacomas myself, along with friends who owned and still have them -- this is exactly it: welcome to Taco Lean. As others have said, it's the constant weight of driver, battery and gas tank.

Whenever lifting a Taco, the common fix was literally add a 1/4" top plate to front driver and sometimes later an AAL to rear driver.

Hey guys, I have a 2025 RR and it leans almost exactly an inch down on the drivers side front and rear.

The dealership has replaced the coilovers (per ford guidance) and then "adjusted" it after the new springs still didn't fix it. No matter what they do the lean is always an inch.... its almost like its calibrated that way. - new springs, new parts, same exact amount of lean. Fuel empty, full, driver, no driver, the amount of total height changes but the lean is always the same. just over 1 inch.

My dealership is out of ideas. 3 weeks it has spent in the shop now and they just don't get it.

Any suspension gurus out there have any ideas? Could it be a computer problem? Can the computer somehow sense the truck lean and is manually shifting it, but is mis-calibrated or something?

Please help me, my OCD is going crazy!
Thanks!
The lean is Not a Normal condition and don't let them get by with saying so. In early 2000's the F150's had a TSB addressing the lean and was a warranty fix. The repair kit consisted of a 1/2" spacer and a 1" spacer to install between the rear leaf spring and axle housing. You used which ever one got you level! TSB O4-23-6 :)
The geometry is, raised drivers rear pushes passenger side front down.

You guys are hilarious... The "lean" has to do with the fuel tank being on the drivers side. Measure the difference with a full tank, and then again with an empty tank.

My 2025 XLT FX4 has a lean even when the fuel tank is basically empty. Its about 1/2 empty and 3/4 when full.
Does it bug me? Yes. Does it actually matter? Probably not.

Mine leans left a little - I never measured the amount. I compensated by shifting my constant 150 lbs of cargo to the right side of the bed. Now I have added a Rhino Rack platform to my GFC Topper, and I plan to mount a 270 degree (50 pound) awning to the right side of it. That will eliminate the lean, mostly, and I was afraid that putting it on the left side would worsen it.

I find a slight lean to be acceptable in a trucklet with squishy springs. For those who drive around solo, find a babe to sit up front with you….. that will level it and also have additional benefits. ;)

If a "babe" offsets the lean, she's no "babe", she's a damn whale!

If a "babe" offsets the lean at all, she's no "babe". She's a damn whale!

Ironically my FX4 leans to the passenger side. Right rear is an inch lower than drivers rear. Both fronts are identical.

Curious to how much lean the guys who did the expanded 35 gallon fuel tank have when their tank is full then... 😮
