Leveling kit-steering wheel off?

Just did leveling kit (Rock Krawler) and alignment. Recalibrated all and drives nice . Just steering wheel offset to 11 o’clock by red stripe. Shop says it’s because of the leveling kit. Never had issue on gen 1 Raptor with lift. Anyone know of fix?

Going in for recall work and may have dealer take a look. Thx.

Didn’t have this issue personally, perhaps get a second opinion from another alignment shop.

take it back and tell them to correct the steering wheel position.
I have been doing wheel alignments since 1990 and average 6 a day, it is an easy fix.

What exactly do I tell them they need to do to adjust? They didn’t seem all that concerned. “Best they could do.” Alignment #’s were good.

If you take a vehicle in for an alignment and the steering is off and they can't fix it... get yourself a new alignment shop.

If you have to tell them how to do their job!! Well you need to take it somewhere else.

Ditto It's a simple tie rod end adjustment

But you shouldn't have to pay another shop to fix it. Like the others said, it can be easily remedied, and their excuse is lame. I can't STAND an off steering wheel.

They screwed up. I had the same thing when I had a local Ford Dealer install Ford Performance leveling struts in my F-150. I told them install struts and align.

I took it back twice and it still wasn't right. I think they had the trainee or worse on the alignment rack.

I didn't trust then so I ended up taking it to the local Goodyear dealer for alignment. They got it right the first time but did cost me.
