Long Range 35 Gallon Fuel Tanks on Sale $2600

I never go off the road but 200 miles and less to a stock tank could definitely get annoying to some people.

Especially going to baja mexico.

My brother, nephew, and i are planning in doing a week long trip in big bend national park so i will for sure need to bring jerry cans for that trip. Its all off road there

I'm interested for a non-Raptor. Would definitely make range when towing a lot nicer. But I'm also curious if the Aussie Super Duty tank would bolt up to a US spec non-RR and if we even get our hands on any of them.

what he said. Also, I do go off on my own quite a lot. I took my '19 Ranger on back 4x4 trails in Glacier National Park, and I did use most of three extra 5gal cans before I returned to civilization.
But for the regular Ranger, towing is where it's really at.

It's a bespoke tank by a smaller company made in a foreign country that is not simple to build. If you need a LR tank, this is a decent deal. Otherwise, carry some gas cans

Free? Of course not. But since you used the word “bespoke”, who the heck needs bespoke art underneath their truck hidden by a skid plate?! I want a larger fuel tank and for me, form follows function. So just to ground myself and check what fair market might be for a larger fuel tank, I poked around and one of the first hits I got was for titanfueltanks.com - they don’t have a ranger tank (yet) and they’re not bespoke, but $999 for a 40-gallon replacement for an f150 looks more like what I’d expect a fuel tank to cost.

Bespoke doesn't mean art. It means custom. By that I suppose these aren't technically bespoke as they come from a template. But Hand made and welded metal overland tanks are not really in the same tier as an extended poly tank. It is like comparing an aftermarket plastic bumper to a nice steel or aluminum winch-capable offroad bumper.

That being said, I don't overland so I don't need a super heavy duty metal tank to take me 400+ miles in the bush. If Titan had a $1,000 option for our trucks, I'd probably buy one (and so would a lot of others here).

[edit] I just looked, and Titan ONLY makes diesel tanks. I suspect the certification for the higher volatility of gasoline makes gas tanks a lot more expensive. [/edit]

Many have shown interest in the 35 gallon extended range fuel tanks but have hesitated because of cost/availability.

The 35 gallon Long Range tanks are on sale at again at Long Range America, U.S. Distributor with an arrival date of 15 July 2026.

Your truck’s PCM can be reprogrammed for all the fuel gauge functions (Capacity, Mileage, DTE, etc) to work properly by Cody at Stanghi.com.

Tank is in the same place on the global trucks as in North America.

Ooooh, that would be nice! I had an auxiliary tank in my first 80' Toyota 4x4. That made desert weekends very nice since I didn't have to worry about gas....

This one for the RR is a bit pricey, but the convenience it would provide would be nice. If I really get into doing lots of road trips, it might be something I consider in the future. However the 20gal still provides a decent range in my opinion.

Turbo Ranger. That truck in the picture is my truck—US spec 2025 Ranger Raptor—trust me, the tank is on the left side (same side as fuel filler door). I know it has been a while since I first posted, but I just drained it day before yesterday from the left side of the truck.

Here is something you all might like to see with a 35 gallon tank. Look at the picture of my dash. See the Distance to empty—604miles—now look at the miles I had already driven 98 miles—on that tank of gas. Together, that is over a 702 miles range on a full tank. (There is some AT&T math going on here—the estimated distance to empty was based on the previous tank of VP Racing 93 octane without ethanol (which is one way to get octane booster)—remember, ethanol only does 70% of the work, by volume as gasoline does and therefore any mixture reduces fuel mileage by 30% for any ethanol added. With no ethanol in VP Racing 93 octane, the mileage was 19.8mpg—which is a real range of 683miles.

The fuel used that got 18.8mpg in the picture was plain old 93 octane that contains 12% ethanol. That is why 18.8mpg multiplied by 35 gallons does not equal the combined total 702miles until empty (604DTE+98already traveled) The computer estimates the DTE from the previous tank of fuel (when it was getting 19.8 on the VP Racing ethanol free fuel).
I just drove from Texas to Florida—all highway, and almost the entire trip without refueling.

My "fuel" tank is much less than the 700 miles this offers in a Raptor, but I'm glad it's on offer!
