Got my 2/1 lift a little while back from GOAT and it was missing the pivot ball UPGRADE I ordered. The way they handled it and got it too me right away is what really stood out. Appreciate the team @nedmo !

Looks great! Any chance you a pic on level ground (looks like the driveway is slightly sloped up). Thanks!
Sure! Pic is a little cramped but more flat. Again I wanted to leave a little rake (dont like nose-up, will be adding MOLLE panels, stability, etc.). Happy with it! Rock Krawler kit is strut spacer style like GOAT.

just picked up a new to me RR with what I can tell is a 2/2.5 RPG perch collar up front and I assume something near an inch in the rear (haven’t had a chance to check out back yet)

my question is this: is it worth the work/hassle to remove the perch collar and go strut spacer? I’ve not driven a stock raptor ranger so I have no reference point for how this “should” feel. To me, compared to my Gladiator Rubicon, it’s like driving on a cloud.

Since you are asking in a pro-spacer thread, you can suspect how replies will sound @Shrek The Raptor. I'm not a total fan of either method beyond a moderate amount. On a former Tacoma, I used some spring preload adjustment and some spacer in the front for about 1.5in of lift.

It's good you have solid axle and now IFS experience to form your own thoughts. Research Trophy Truck suspension to see what they do with IFS. Those guys are at the far end of IFS extreme, but it's good to know.

Things are easier with the Jeep solid axle for sure.

Anyone that recalibirated their ride height...what does your new LF, LR, RF, RR heights read? Are they just supposed to be level across the board or within a certain range? Mine all came across at 4mm after recalibration.

Mine read LF 0, LR 3, RF 0, RR 3

I do have a cab on the back so maybe that’s why mine are outta whack in that regard.

Good to know...I just wasn't sure on the guide on GOAT Offroad's site he has 2mm across the board and wasn't sure if that's what we should be looking for. I appreciate it! Maybe @nedmo can provide more clarity on the matter.

Quick aside to this, before the recal, my headlights were aimed way too high, low beams were blinding even other trucks, not just sedans. I was hopeful the recal would help adjust the lights back down, it didn’t.

I ran a headlight calibration through forscan and it did nothing as well. Anyone know if we can manually adjust them down? I’ve got the Matrix LEDs activated and they are amazing, but they’re pointing at tree tops.

The resolution on the sensors themselves is super high, so even a micro difference at the sensor will register as a ride height change. Its not nessecary to get them to 0 in our experience, as long as your within 0-4mm of 0, then your all good.

So I just reset them for a friend- All read at 7mm. Is that normal?

ET mode, forscan lite, said it worked and was successful…

You need to manually adjust them.
