1" lift from Fordrangerlift

Wanted to keep some rake because I will tow a 3700lbs dry weight travel trailer.

My driveway goes downhill, but in that same spot I measured 2.5" of rake stock, and now it's still 2" rake after the lift. Curious that it's says 1" lift but is apparently more like 0.5" lift.

I got rubbing at full lock in reverse and forward on the felt liner, even if i trimmed it a bit prior to the lift. Doesnt seem to run the crash bar so I will just trim a bit more eventually. Nothing too concerning.

Just put them on today, initial report is that they fit great! No rubbing at all and I've been really trying to test that out to see if I can get them to rub.

First time running an E rated tire on anything other than an F-350 and they are riding quite smoothly. But I've only driven them in the pasture and a country road up to 45mph so far.

I'll probably do a more in depth report after I get some miles on them. But so far they seem like a very simple and fairly lightweight way to run 33s on a stock truck. I'm at 71.45 lbs per corner (23.25 lb wheel + 48.2 lb tire)

How is the speedo? Looking forward to hearing more about fitment without a lift or level.

I had the speedo dialed in perfectly with Forscan for the 255/75/17 tires I was running previously. However for 2025+ Rangers, you're currently limited to a 2480 max tire size that you can enter in Forscan and I'm already at that limit. So with the new tires being 1" taller than my old 32" tires, I expect the speedo to read around 3% lower than my actual speed. (about 2 mph low at 70mph)

I can live with that, but I'll be patiently waiting for someone to figure out a way to get around the current tire size limit.

Looks good. I’m wanting to bring up the front end on my FX4 & would like to swap out the stock FX4 fronts shocks with 5100’s. Is the front end any softer or any stiffer now? Your truck looks good.

My truck is not an fx4 so I'm not sure how it would compare, but I believe I did notice a slight increase in stiffness. Overall I am very happy with the change though and the stance is settling out to be perfect.

Just to add an update for the 285/70/17 tire clearance, I did need to trim some of the front fender liner by the bumper side crash bars and zip tie it closer to the framing behind it. I have zero rubbing now

Stock height?

Bronco Sasquatch take off wheels, 8.5” width, +35 offset. Toyo Open Country AT3 255/80/17 (33.1” tire).
This is what I am going for and I think will become another popular tire size. That offset looks great.

Wheels: Fuel Rebel 18x9 plus 20mm offset.
Tires: 275/65/18 BFG KO3’s.
Driver side tire would grab the front of the liner when at full lock in reverse. Fixed it with a push pin into an existing hole in the crash bar through the liner. No more issues.
