On a different note. Your reassembly video that just posted was helpful. My bumper and fenders are misaligned. Now that I see how that black flat piece with the 3 threaded bolt holes goes between the 2, I think I’ll make a go of trying to adjust everything. Looked like a frustrating process. I did get a laugh from a couple of your “oh sh@t” comments out of the blue though. Definitely won’t be going that route when my lights show up.
Awesome, getting that fender flair off was a bit of a bear for sure but I think you will be able to get it back together and looking mint if you give it a shot for sure! I was going to edit out the frustrating moments but I wanted to share my plight with the world hahaha. Cheers

They look good. Waiting for your install video.

However, still concerned about the comment underneath the video about them not working the way they should when the truck is running (but not remote started)... And this other comment on the FB group that seems to hint at the same thing:

"
DO NOT BUY THE SIGNATURE LUX Lava DRL conversion!! It does not work on US trucks and requires permanent modification of your headlights.

I bought the kit and had to remove a locating pin from the heatsink to get the new boards mounted. When the truck is running, they do not work but they work when the truck is unlocked and remote started."

And this other comment on the same FB ranger raptor group thread saying they sent out an install hold request (see attached picture)

Not saying I agree with the do not buy comment, because I'm definitely thinking about it.

I think this has been addressed. I installed mine and no need to remove pin.

Yeah this was addressed a long long time ago. However, the hole on one of the two on mine was misaligned enough that I ended up having to break one pin.

I had one hole on each module that was not lined up. I ended up drilling out the holes to make fit. It worked but not cool having to do that.
Also, my modules are aluminum and not copper.
I’ve reached out to Signature Lux twice but have not heard back yet.

Anyone receive/install the SL latest v2 Lava DLR?
If so, observable changes or differences?

Just installed two weeks ago, but not sure what the difference is between v2. I'm assuming it's just the updated PCB w/ the hole in the middle which is the version I got. They are pretty bright even in the daylight.

I was gonna adjust the DRL brightness in forscan but didn't find the need as I'm pretty satisfied on how they look now.

Has anyone installed the non-matrix version on an XLT? Asking for a friend 😉

I did not know you can adjust the DRL brightness in forscan. i was worried they wouldn't be as nice and bright as stock.

They do look good! If you don’t already know this have someone get in your truck, start it up and put the truck in drive, reverse or neutral while you stand outside your truck and admire. They really light up then!!!
If you already knew this, never mind.😁

Btw, Sig Lux amber grill lights look great and super easy to install.

I haven't really tested and most likely will not test it, but I think it's under BCM module:
