Stupid question - cell phone holder.

Just got my 2026 Ford Ranger and picked up a MagSafe cell phone holder. No big deal, right? Well with the textured dashboard and the slant of the windshield it was a lot more difficult than I anticipated. I don't want it to block my vision. Don't want it so far out of sight it useless. I don't want it to leave a mark. Something so easy turned into a mission. Maybe it's the cell phone holder I selected.

What did you select and how's it working for you?

I have an offroam mount that attaches above the center screen and I used a 2" bullet point arm and phone clamp as the holder part.

The bottom mount piece on that page. I already had the bullet point stuff. They use the same size ball. I don't have a pic because my phone that had pics died a painful death a few weeks back
