Job 1 date still 8/14/23 as of now.

So scheduling starts July 20th but actual production of vehicles should be August 14? Did I read that right?

Yes. Production dates will most likely get pushed back to September though

Snkrjeff020, do you have some info or just a hunch production will be pushed back to September? I actually think it will be as well (mine is pure hunch), but wanted to know if you have some inside scoop or something?

Its more of a hunch from @fordvideoguy. He does a weekly youtube where he says he thinks September is likely now.

Has Ford ever shown a history of beginning schedule and then in roughly 3 weeks started production? Seek those answers for realistic insight.

Any history, I don't have any statistics either way. However, with the way things are going in the economy, and my last two years of "retail order hell." Trust me, I'm well aware of the situation, and I would say most likely not. That is why my earlier post stated "hunch." It is not unreasonable to seek beyond a hunch and ask if @fordvideoguy gave a reason. Much like you and I both wanting "our curiosity itch" scratched as to why Ford moved the RR's from stock to retail.

Ford hasn't said, I would assume just delays in making sure it is right.

Ford did let us know that they will be scheduling in July for production dates of week or 9/4 to week of 9/25 (September production). A couple of weeks ago they said they were going to start production the week of 8/14 then it moved to 8/21.

Will they ever just do it, they opened the order banks on May 26th & now they’re not going to begin manufacturing until 9/4? What the hell is their problem? It’s a shame that a major corporation like FoMoCo is such a clusterfuck!!

That’s pretty standard for a major model refresh.

Toyota debuted the new Tacoma around the end of May and you won’t even be able to make an order for one until early next year for the desirable trim levels.
