Sure be nice if they did. Not everyone wants hot, sticky fake leather. That is insane, wonder if the demand for this might cause ford to include the option on all models in the future

Care to elaborate? I see in your other threads you identified the lights as CAN controlled, but how did you wire them up if your truck didn't have the harness built in? and what are you using to control them?Guys, i was able to turn the blue lights on!

I know a good electrician who gets on board with my crazy ideasYeah and the front camera too, quit yer bragging.???

Of course. Later today I'll visit my electrician to deal with another matter and I'll ask him to explain to me or even draw an electrical diagram of how the connection was made and send it here to you guys.Care to elaborate? In other news my second glovebox shipped today! Managed to sneak in at the $244 price tag... Still stupid expensive, but glad I got it.
How much?Ordered the assembly from Tasca now we wait and see
What was the price?Second glovebox installed! Got the part on Friday and installed it today. Removing the original honeycomb piece was a royal pain, but otherwise went smoothly. Like others I think I broke most of the clips in the process even knowing where they were... Regardless thanks for the help from those who did it before!
Out of curiosity what are you all doing with the old part? Keeping it around in case you need to reinstall it for some reason? (I can't see a reason you'd need to? and it takes up a lot of space...) Attempting to resell it? (Does anyone know what the PN would be?) or just tossing it?
Now on to installing the Perimeter Security Plus module and mud flaps. Only problem with buying used is you get to buy all the options you missed out on separately... This forum has cost me lots of money lol.
Price showing $754.00!AWESOME! Will still need to wait for warm weather to install. Thank you Aberk for being the tester.
FYI everyone it is currently discounted on Tascaparts.com to $52.58
