Does anyone have a good solution for the hole at the front corner of the bed?

Pool noodle. Cut about 12" off, slit into two U shaped halves. Fold those over and stuff in the holes. It's not perfect, but it works well enough.

I still haven't yet. I washed the truck a week or so ago and meant to install them to test, but I didn't.

If/when I do get them tested - and provided they actually work to a certain degree - I'll be happy to sell them in sets with/without graphics.

What I did to cover that was use flextape on the outside of the bed. I used white to match my truck. Seems to work very well. Stupid design by Ford..

I have not. I was going to remove my cover and seal the bed rail first and see how much intrusion I get from that hole.
I used black expanding foam on my side by side for a similar situation for air intrusion.

I have a roll up hard cover and carry lots of fishing gear in the box, which I don't want covered with dust or wet. I used hot water pipe insulation (assume pole noodle material would work also) to seal my stake boxes as the attached pic illustrates, then put the caps back on. Cut it a little larger than the hole and you can force it down inside. I did the same at the front corners of the box. However, not as seal tight as the stake boxes. Sealed the tail gate with the attached Keko seal kit (site attached). I still get some water in under the box rail if when washing I hit it directly. So, when washing I'll aim the spray downward in that area. Not perfect but is considerably better.

This worked and I was amazed at how easily water comes in the stock stake pockets without this cover.

the tailgate gap is also an issue

I didn’t see any water intrusion from the side.

I used a small amount of clear silicone around the covers after removing them. No further water intrusion. Plugging the holes will probably not eliminate the water leak.

Oh my buckeye friend, I was where you are now once too.

Prepare for disappointment, unless of course you like Swiss cheese. Ford has done a great job of allowing a myriad of accessories to work with the ranger. That comes at the cost of being waterproof.

I removed the top rails, broke the same clip on both sides! Laid down some vinyl and siliconed the places where the caps pierced the vinyl. 34 penetrations per side.
