Does anyone have a good solution for the hole at the front corner of the bed?

Pool noodle. Cut about 12" off, slit into two U shaped halves. Fold those over and stuff in the holes. It's not perfect, but it works well enough.

I wish someone would develop some stake pocket covers with a weatherproof/waterproof seal....seems like low hanging fruit?

Those look great! Nice work. Have you had a chance to test them in rain or a carwash?

I'd love to get a set without any branding.....any ideas? I don't own a 3D printer

I still haven't yet. I washed the truck a week or so ago and meant to install them to test, but I didn't.

If/when I do get them tested - and provided they actually work to a certain degree - I'll be happy to sell them in sets with/without graphics.

What I did to cover that was use flextape on the outside of the bed. I used white to match my truck. Seems to work very well. Stupid design by Ford..
