Anyone get scheduled that didn't pay over msrp for Ranger Raptor?

Is Xplan written on your build sheet? I just got my order placed and I asked the salesman to make sure that was included but the build sheet doesn’t list it on the discounts line.
Yes, on the Ford order sheet it states all the discount plan prices (A, Z , X ...) And shows X plan for mine. The dealer order sheet shows the Xplan price, order rebate, and then the $100 capped processing fee.

That’s what I thought. Unfortunately even asking the salesman specifically to please choose Xplan when ordering, it didn’t have that. I immediately asked him to change it once he emailed me the order sheet, but he said don’t worry about it because they know I’ll use X-plan. I screenshotted the texts so at least I have that to fall back on if they try to pull something when it gets delivered.

I stopped at two local dealers over the weekend thinking I’d put in an order. One said $30,000 the other said $40,000 told both to fuck off I am done with ford.

This still makes me laugh.

Dealers who think the demand for the Ranger(and even the Raptor) will be remotely near that of the Bronco to justify that sort of mark up are off their rocker. 5, maybe 10 grand for those that are clearly chomping at the bit, maybe. The Ranger has 2 years of production over the Bronco and for every Ranger I see, there are 4-5 Broncos.

I bet the majority of Raptors that sell will be 2024/MY2025's and they'll nearly all go to people that are on this forum. After that, it's just random impulse buys.

I wouldn’t underestimate the RRaptor. With BRaptors going for $90k and FRaptors going for $85k before markups, a RRaptor for $62k ($5k ADM) is pretty attractive for someone not needing the size or capability of the other two but still want something cool to drive.

I'm not disagreeing, the RR is great value for money looking at the other 3.0EB offerings, is incredibly cool. But, and this is only my opinion, the majority of people who want one are on this forum, already with an order in. Once our initial buys are finished and dealers start stocking them on lots, on lots with a 10k markup, after price hikes put the total in the 70's; folks are just going to go for a 2.7 Bronco or an F150. Our truck is a niche market relative to the Tacoma and fullsizes.

I love the Ranger nameplate, but I'm also a cynic.
